Cecile-RestierCecile Restier was born in France in 1981. She studied at the National Superior Conservatory of Paris in piano classes, Lieder and collaborator teacher, graduating with honors in 2001.

In the years after graduation working as a collaborator teacher in several French theaters including the Théâtre du Chatelet, the Opéra Comique, the Opéra de Lyon and the Opéra de Rouen.

From 2007 to 2012 she was assistant teacher at the Frankfurt Opera and in 2012 she won the audition as a collaborator teacher at the Wiener Staatsoper, where she still works.

Her vast repertoire includes over 80 operas ranging from horses to Stravinsky.

She worked with prestigious conductors such Dohnahny, Eschenbach, Franci, Carignani, Altinoglu, Petrenko, Christie, de Billy, Welser Most, Lopez Cobos, Domingo, Fischer, Chaslin, Pidò.

Among the singers who accompanied we find Roberto Alagna, Placido Domingo, Anna Netrebko, Rolando Villazon, Angela Gheorghiu, Elina Garanca, Ferruccio Furlanetto, Nina Stemme and Jonas Kaufmann.
